Training Overview

Nothing positions your business for success better than a well-trained workforce. Offering training for associates in all levels of your organization means your business will be ahead of the rest in preparing employees to meet the challenges of the future. MAEA offers training in the following areas: lead worker, supervisory development, management development, communications, human performance improvement, personal and organizational, human resource, process improvement, hands-on computer, and safety.

Most of all, our training programs are effective. Over the last five years, more than 10,000 individuals have participated in the Manufacturers and Employers Association's training programs, and our companies keep coming back. Instructors have industry experience along with content expertise, who provide interactive trainings that are applicable to their current roles in your organization.

Classes are offered publicly, on-site, and virtually via Zoom.

MAEA is now offering Recorded Webinars. MAEA Instructors are able to create materials to meet your specific needs and provide a recorded webinar for you to utilize.

Pennsylvania is using its resources to invest in its workers, making sure they have the skills needed to compete in the global economy. Pennsylvania offers qualified employers the opportunity to train new and existing employees with resources available through WEDnetPA.
